Solid for Gyms is the app a gym runs its day on. You, your manager, and your front desk each use it on your own phone, with the access you give each person.

  1. See the day as it happens.

    Arrivals show up the moment members check in, with a chime at the desk. Today shows who is in, who is due, and how the day compares with the same day last week.

  2. Every check-in gets one clear answer.

    Scan the QR in a member's Solid app, type their four-character code, or check them in by hand. Solid answers at once, a pass, a frozen plan, dues unpaid, or another branch, and says what to do next.

  3. Collect what's owed before they leave.

    Take cash or a payment on your own UPI QR, split it, or note the date they promise. The desk sees who owes and is in the building right now, and every payment gets a numbered receipt.

  4. Know what came in, and who took it.

    The day, the week, and the month against the last, every payment searchable, and a close for each day by cash and UPI and by each person at the desk.

  5. Keeps working when the internet doesn't.

    No connection at the desk? Check-ins carry on against the member list on the phone and reach Solid the moment the connection is back. Money waits for the connection.

Solid earns when it sells something for you through the Solid app, like a day pass or a membership, at the rates written in the agreement you sign. Anything optional, like promoting your gym, shows its price before you turn it on.
